TITLE VI COMPLAINT PROCEDURES
Any individual may exercise his or her right to file a complaint with Coach Transportation Inc., DBA Koach if that person believes that he or she have been subjected to unequal treatment or discrimination in the receipt of benefits or services. We will report the complaint to COG within three (3) business days (per COG requirements), and make a concerted effort to resolve complaints locally, using Coach Transportation Inc., DBA Koach Nondiscrimination Complaint Procedures. All Title VI complaints and their resolution will be logged and reported to COG in the Quarterly Report (in addition to immediately).
A person may also file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration, Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th floor – TCR, 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20590.
